Meet the Team

Grantham Properties began operation in 2006 with Curtis as the lone employee and has shown 

consistent growth over the past 16 years. The business now has over $600,000 in liquid assets.

Grantham Properties is a single-member LLC. As the owner,  Curtis has over two decades of 

government Engineer and Project Management experience with an undergraduate degree in Civil 

engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration. My credentials and experiences in an extensive portfolio, financial, business, contract, human resource, and most of all infrastructure 

management of over 6,000 facilities, homes, roads, parks, airfields, and the environment. All of 

which allowed me to single-handly start, manage and expand this Grantham Properties 2006.
